The problem is rarely too little information. It is too much of it, in too many places, with no clear answer at the end. Adealia builds software that turns that pile into something a person can act on.

We start with a practical problem in a specific industry. The product is shaped around the problem, not around the model. It finishes the task, cites its sources, and hands unclear cases to a person.

Valuations in minutes.

The comparable-sales work behind a valuation, the part that used to take about half an hour, now takes about three minutes.

  • A home sale as a short series of steps.

    Buying or selling is broken into step-by-step journeys that run on a phone. AI fills in the gaps along the way, so the next step is always clear.

  • A reason to call a past client.

    A watch on a realtor’s own sale history from the MLS. It flags when a past client’s home has appreciated by a set amount, so reaching back out has a natural reason.

Tim Nisly spent ten years at the South Valley Economic Development Center, supporting South Valley businesses and helping small towns and counties across New Mexico build food incubation programs. As the owner of a real estate investment and development firm, he has experienced firsthand the regulatory and development challenges of New Mexico’s complex business environment. Those challenges led him to found Adealia and build its first products to help solve them. Tim partnered with world-class, local computer engineers with a decade-plus of machine learning experience to create Adealia.
